IMPORTANT NOTICES:

  • Make sure you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • If you have botox done, ensure there are 4-week gaps between your brow and botox appointments.
  • Services for previous work done by another artist will be considered a correction service.

DEPOSIT:

  • For every appointment, you will be asked to place a deposit for your service. This deposit will be applied to your total service fee on the same day of your appointment. Deposits are made non-refundable and non-transferable.

RESCHEDULING:

  • Rescheduling appointments will be possible if you give us a week’s notice before your appointment. Due to limited appointment availability, we may not be able to reschedule your appointment until a much later time (2-3 months). You are limited to ONLY ONE reschedule.
  • Last-minute rescheduling (within three days of appointment) will require a new deposit (applied towards the remaining balance) within the SAME DAY OF NOTICE to finalize a new scheduled date. Failure to send another deposit within the same day of notice will result in the forfeit of the initial deposit.

LATE POLICY:

  • If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be considered a NO-SHOW, resulting in a forfeit of your deposit. Artists take multiple clients daily and need the full amount of time for each appointment. You may schedule a new appointment but will be required to place another deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Any cancellations will be a forfeit of your deposit. Please understand that we are very busy with our clients and have set aside time for your appointment. Without proper notice, we will not be able to find a replacement for your appointment time.

NO GUESTS:

  • Please do not bring guests with you (unless they are your translator) to your appointment because it can be a distraction during the procedure. To give our clients their ideal brows, we must be able to have their full attention on them.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

  • We do not negotiate prices. We do not favor any clients. Please recheck the price on our website or reconfirm with our assistants or team members before booking.
  • Please try to bring your best attitude and energy. That helps us connect with you and for you to have the best result. Seeing any aggressive attitude makes it difficult for us to work with you, and we will have the right to refuse your service.
